Frequently asked questions

1. How can I start serving?

If you've been attending Denver Calvary regularly and consider this your home church, then fill out and return a ministry application or speak with one of our ministry leaders.

2. What happens after I fill out and return my application?

Once you've returned your ministry application, one of our ministry leaders will be in contact with you as we help you find the right fit on one of our ministry teams. In some cases you will need a background check and in most cases your new role will require some training.

3. When serving, can I also attend the service?

In some cases you can still serve and attend the church service. However, some teams require you to be fully present for your service and therefore we would encourage you to attend another service, such as our Wednesday night service.

4. How often can I serve?

Every team operates on a different rotation of servants based on their needs. You can discuss your availability and ministry team needs when you meet with your ministry leader.
